Hi, I'm Janelle, wife to Steve, mom of James, Clark & Maisie and part time home baker. For years I’ve jumped at every opportunity to bake for family birthdays and holidays and I’m now thrilled to share my love of baking and creating with you!

My cookies are lovingly baked and decorated from my home kitchen in Snohomish, WA. All orders are available for pickup in Snohomish.

My kitchen has been approved for food processing in accordance with the Washington State Cottage Food Operation Guidelines.

I specialize in custom buttercream sugar cookies with a high priority on making taste JUST as amazing as the presentation. Get ready for soft tender cookies, perfectly sweet buttercream and unique designs to compliment every occasion!

My Brown Butter Drop Cookies are soft, chewy, delicious and frequently described as "the best cookie I've ever had!"

Custom orders are accepted based on availability, please submit an order inquiry to confirm date availability. I recommend placing orders with 2 weeks advance notice, however, I will do my best to take shorter notice orders when possible. If you would like more/less shapes/colors or detailed lettering, florals, or silver/gold details, please note this on your order inquiry and I will be happy to send you a custom price quote.

What types of baked goods do you offer at Maisie and Me Cookie Co?

We currently offer custom sugar cookies as well as a selection of brown butter cookies. GF option is currently available for custom sugar cookies only.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Venmo is preferred, however, I also accept payment via credit card. Full payment is due at the time of ordering to reserve your date and secure the order.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Cancellations made 72 hours prior to your order will be given a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the date the order is due will be given a 50% refund. No refund given for orders cancelled within 48 hours of the time the order is due.

What is your minimum order?

The custom cookie order minimum is 1 dozen, brown butter cookie minimum is 1 box (6 cookies). Minis can be ordered at a minimum of 2 dozen or added on (in increments of 1 dozen to a custom order).

How big are your cookies?

Custom Sugar Cookies range in size from 3-5" based on the shapes. Mini cookies are approx 1.75". Drop Cookies are approximately 4".

Do you offer delivery?

At this time, we do not offer delivery. All orders are available for pickup only from my home in Snohomish, WA (Located about 3 miles from downtown Snohomish). Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the requested pickup time will be donated, no refund given.

How are cookies packaged?

Cookie orders are laid flat and boxed. I do not recommend stacking cookies as buttercream is soft and your design may end up crushed. I highly recommend laying the box flat on the floor of your car when transporting to prevent sliding and falls. Unfortunately, I am not responsible for any damage that may occur to cookies once they have been picked up.

Do you accept same day/next day orders?

I operate on a part-time basis and need at least a few days notice for all orders. Two weeks is preferred, but earlier is better to ensure my availability and time to gather all necessary supplies and ingredients. If your event is less than two weeks away, feel free to ask about availability. I will always try to squeeze you in if I can!

Do you offer gluten-free options?

Yes, I offer a selection of gluten-free baked goods to meet dietary needs. Please keep in mind that cookies are processed in a kitchen where other non GF goods are made, therefore I cannot guarantee no cross contamination.
